I'm angry! The item is listed as "reversible torque wrench". Well, it technically has a reversible ratchet on the head, but it doesn't rotate either way, which is why I bought it. Also, cheap torque window, poor design. Don't buy this.

I have ordered this wrench twice and received a very similar wrench that measures from 30 (not 20) to 150 ft/lb of torque. The label is as advertised, but the wrench itself is only marked for a torque setting of up to 30 ft/lb. The rest of the product looks good. If you need a wrench to set the torque below 30 ft/lb, pay attention to my experience.
