Holy cow! What beautiful pliers!

really good set. They come in a cute little pouch. In fact, they deserve it. These are really good tools. Excellent quality at a good price. What else is there?

Well made and works as expected

Works great and way better than the interchangeable heads I've struggled with for way too many years. You don't need them often, but it's an old adage about having the right tool for the right job.

Good set - works well

Supplied in a nice zipped nylon case. My old tools were too small for the larger clips so I bought these to try. Size mattered. Now I can properly remove large brackets without distorting them.

Quality Tools - Power Tools & Hand Tools

I was hesitant to purchase without recognizing the brand but once received and used I was impressed. You can tell the quality by looking at it after receiving it. I've used it for small gunsmith jobs and couldn't be happier. I would buy again if needed and can only recommend it. I'm a quality tool snob and this product was a hit!

Very useful tool for difficult jobs

This weekend I worked on the air conditioning compressor. 2010 Honda CRV compressor clutch not working. I decided to replace the coil and clutch in the car instead of replacing the entire compressor. There are 2 retaining rings that need to be removed and reinstalled. The ring holding the spool is the most difficult to remove. I tried it with other pliers for a long time without success. This is no joke, an absolute unit!

First off let me say these things are huge, my photo is next to a set of regular sized needle noses. So if you're looking for something to remove large snap rings from medium/light trucks like the F-150-F-450, you'll need a smaller set. The tabs on it are larger than the holes on most right hand latches, including the axle hub retaining ring on my F-250. They are definitely designed to be removed from larger vehicles. Well they worked well with my Insustrial JD tractor bolt clamps

I have several versions of these pliers from the cheapest $5 sets to "heavy duty" sets from big box import stores. None of them even came close to installing/removing the large clamps on my tractor. These clips are thick (about 1/10 inch) and not small (about 2 inches wide). These are rigid industrial clamps for industrial backhoe loaders. Ordinary cheap clips do next to nothing.
