I added a Topeak Explorer stand to my mid-sized Giant Escape 1 Hybrid and this MTX basket is designed to slide and snap into this stand, which it does . Just great. The basket is solid and well designed, but note that it may not fit many smaller frames as it slides over the back of the saddle and the Topeak Explorer post is quite tall. Basket construction is good and solid. Other reviews mention the handle rattling, however the handle is designed to snap firmly onto the edge of the basket and prevent rattling. The grip would have been nice as it is a bit heavy on the hands. The basket is big and that is the main reason for the three stars. I've had this basket for about a month now and it's great for throwing away things I don't want (or can't) carry on my body. Instead of fiddling around with bags and belts, I just throw in my laptop bag and bike lock and leave the house.
