This well-made 12 liter bag is perfect for a fun bike ride or a leisurely commute. It's definitely not enough for more than 20 round trips plus a whole day. Exactly what I was looking for. I returned the smaller version of the EX due to the lack of usable external pockets. This is much more expensive, but worth the money because I want to keep it for a long time. It also stretches at the top (zipper). Rigid floor with rail to match Peak Rack. I love this bag! I've had it for about a month now and use it for work and quick shopping trips when I just need a few things. When using it for work, I can fit my wallet, lunch in a small Tupperware bowl, masks, and two 16-20 ounce water bottles into the main compartment and then it won't stretch out. But I had to do a hack. My seat is pushed back and low enough that the backpack can push against it when latched normally. I just used a couple of zip ties to secure it and slide it back a little. That works great. I don't have to take it off, but it's easy enough to reattach the zip tie when needed, or just let it touch the seat.
