Bought for my friend's bike to go to work. It's great she comes home and the headlights are on all the time and the tail light is flashing and everything is nice and bright. Looks like a great winter safety addition when driving home in the dark. We recommended it to a friend who just bought a bike to ride to work (she worked in the same place and wanted the same bright lights on her helmet). At the moment she was with her for about 2 months.

I really like the light. It's very light, quite bright, has bulbs on both sides (bright in front and red in the back). It has multiple modes so you can turn on either front or rear or both in flashing or steady mode. However, the bracket is difficult to attach to a helmet. I guess it really depends on your helmet. I managed to get it working with the included rubber bands but with difficulty and I'm not sure how durable the bands are so time will tell.

This is a must-have item for those who ride their bikes around the big city. It's ridiculously bright with no glare, ideal for daytime use. The beam is wide and unfocused, so you can't use it as a headlight, but that means other people on the road don't have to be directly in the beam path to see you clearly (even during the day). It twinkles with light on both sides and is worn on the helmet with various attachments included - I've traveled long distances with this helmet light - it lasts for hours on a single charge. Pressing the power button multiple times will give you different results. It is a well built device and water resistant.

I will say that with this light you are very visible to motorists due to the very wide beam. However, because of this, the beam does not focus at all and emits a very wide light at a short distance. So if you're driving very dark trails, this light probably won't work as it only provides light about 10-15 feet in front of you (and on either side!) of you.
