Why did they decide that it was possible to put a non-removable shipping label on the body of the product, why not just put it on? in a box like everything else. It basically ruins the look of the case because it's too cheap to put in a box.

I'm buying two of these for our fifth wheel. I plan to place them below the midpoint where the leaf springs meet to reduce the springy feeling we sometimes get when walking in a trailer. I also like the storage boxes, which appear to be of a higher quality than is usual for a Chinese product.

When I bought my old truck it didn't have a jack. Rather than buy the crappy, bulky original, I wanted something compact that I could store in the truck that was much more convenient and similar to today's jacks. it was exactly what i was looking for. First worked on a Subaru Outback while testing. I pulled it out less than a month later and the master cylinder gasket had failed and there was hydraulic fluid in the case (which I spilled on the driveway before realizing it). Purchased to adjust hitch spread (to match existing bolt holes) when mounted on a truck frame. It was found that the jack would not work in the horizontal position with the pump boom lowered. Luckily I had enough room under the bed of the truck for the jack pump boom to pass the horizontal plane pointing up where it really needed to function.

This jack would have been great to carry in my van due to its compact body but the jack failed the first test. I carefully went through all the steps to prepare the jack for use, and when I pumped up the jack, it was stuck at the maximum height and wouldn't come down! Bought for when I need to change tires on my caravan. It arrived today and I've been playing around with it. Here are my first thoughts: The instructions are a bit sparse. Before the first use, it is advised to release excess air. The instructions are clear enough, but they say to "pinch" the oil filler cap to let the air out.
