Description of 🔧 Highly Durable Elongation Prototype 3DMaterials

【Fast Curing】 Unique photosensitization technology developed by 3DMaterials allow for curing 50um layer in 1.3 sec with monochrome LCD. 【No Burr Formation】 Faster than Any Tough Resins in The Market, but Less Sensitive to the light leaked from LCD, no burr, no thin film even after 50 Hours long printing. 【Tough & Durable】 Revolutionary oligomers developed and synthesized by 3DMaterials allow for 3D printing parts with stiffness and durability at the same time. 【High Modulus with High Elongation at Break】 SuperPP has 1.4GPa tensile and 1.6GPa flexural modulus with 25% elongation at break. 【Low Viscosity for Precision Printing】 SuperPP is optimized for LCD system. Its’ very low viscosity allow for extremely high-resolution 3D printing of objects with 35um resolution.

Transparent, durable: 3D printing liquid

I am satisfied with the SuperPP resin. This is the viscosity I would expect and the drug is solid. I find the resin more translucent than crystal clear. I had no problem with it yellowing after washing due to too much UV exposure. I also tried tinting the resin in different colors and tested for strength. This is a fun experiment using a clear silicone mold. My attempts were successful. However, in my experience, all UV cured polymers will yellow over time when exposed to UV and oxygen. I think

Easy printing on a B&W printer, slight yellowing

This is the first resin I've tried that claims to be usable on "mono" SLA printers, although it can also be used on RGB panel printers can be used. With a monochrome printer like my Nova3D Elfin 3 Mini, it allows very short exposure times and delivers excellent results. Printing on this clear resin, like most clear materials, has a frosty appearance that turns slightly yellow when cured. Time will tell if it yellows more like some of the other clear resins I've used. (I've used one, however…

Super durable, high quality prints

I tried this resin on two different 3D printers: Anycubic Photon and Nova2 Mono. Both needed a few tweaks, but no more than any other third-party resin. Once dialed in, the results are really sharp. I made the 28mm miniatures and all the details are just as sharp as regular resin. So far, so good. The big plus is that these things are amazingly strong. I stepped on one and it didn't break. I tried leaving it on the edge of my gaming table when I put the heavy topper back on and not only did it…
