🚚 Enhance Your Hauling Capacity with TOYOTA Bed Extender Review

The stand looks great. It was technically easy to install, but I suspect most might not want a problem because you have to remove the taillights and drill some anchor bolts. I bought mine used from Revain. I think I'm missing 3 caps (see passenger side in picture). The features are still great, it's just pretty annoying.

Good bed extension. Fits perfectly in my 2018 Tacoma. This is an OEM part although it is manufactured by a third party company, AMP. I like that it can't be removed from the bed when the tailgate is up and locked. Btw a few bad reviews about the lack of a drill template lol that's the last page of the instructions. I just used a tape measure instead of a template and installed it with no problems.

Fits like a glove. Clearly made to order for Tacoma. As others have said, this is done by AMP. Very little adjustment was required, all parts fit perfectly and the drilling template was accurate. I have a thicker bed mat and had to remove the two bumpers on top of the unit (when folded) or it would be snug against the tailgate. When I removed the bumper cover it fitted perfectly. My Trifecta top doesn't bother either, see attached pictures. Very satisfied, good device.

Very light, perfect drilling. Clamps and screws are of good quality. I love that it can be rotated onto the bed and when your tailgate latches it effectively latches at the angle required for removal. The only downside is using it to move the bike. I had to unscrew the plastic end brace and remove the rods, insert the brace into the mounts on the bed, and then screw the clamps back into the plastic brace.
