Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

1) The flash drive will repeatedly pause recording or erasing data at 2- to 10-second intervals. This causes a surge in velocity. Budget SSDs with TRIM off accomplish this quickly and in any circumstance once both the Over Provisioning and SLC cache sections are full. Also, the "128" version costs the same as the "120" SSD version. When using a flash drive with FAT32 already loaded, the "32Gb" version has average read/write rates of: A 37 MB/s USB 2.0 Read Speed It takes 14Mbps to write at USB

Pros
  • It was well received upon its release to consumers a few years ago. Previous-generation flash drives are 4-7 times faster (for the "32GB" version) if you ignore the freezing of this flash drive in its modern implementation. Even with the freezes, the average speed is better than the absolute cheapest flash drives from the previous generation.
Cons
  • 0 Terrible sound quality. Certainly not as slow as a completely random flash drive, but not ideal if you're looking for quickness. This 32GB flash drive cost me 540 rubles, but a 16GB drive I bought a little later for 290 rubles has nearly twice the recording quality. First, the current implementation is not nearly as cool as the one they created and filmed approximately three years ago. Initially, there was likely only one controller and memory chip available, but later on, this probably changed. (see comment). There is a minor decrease in capacity from what is advertised. Although 32GB is advertised, the actual storage space available is only 28.48GB (30,562,729,984 bytes). minor, but. Third, the case may be too big, cutting off access to nearby ports. Sticking it wasn't exactly a breeze for me.

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

For $500, I purchased a 16 GB white flash drive. I like. The white and blue version, but not the black, has a bright light bulb that illuminates the base of the casing. First, it's quite luminous, and second, the plastic is see-through (to about two-thirds and one-third of the flash drive's length, respectively). My laptop's USB port is on the rear, so the light doesn't get in the way, but I do worry that it stands out too much. There are no issues in either USB 2.0 or USB 3.0. I'm also not too

Pros
  • Quickly duplicates. They assured me that Transcend was a trustworthy producer, so I made the investment. In spite of this, none of my flash drives have ever failed.
Cons
  • A blazing bulb in the white-and-blue USB drive variant (discuss). The whole flash disk emits a blue light.

Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

With flash drives from Transcend 128GB USB 3.0, I also insert them into the 3.0 connector in the computer. In the same manner, recording begins at approximately 30 mb / s and, after a couple of seconds, drops to 0 or a couple of hundred kb / s, hangs for a while, and then rises again for approximately up to 30 mb / s for a couple of seconds before returning to zero. I will be honest and say that I have no idea what causes it or how to fix it, but the subject of this article really irritates me.

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • the rate of writing

I have about 2022, 32GB. There are no problems when working with extension cords, concentrators, it is quickly determined without problems, without making you nervous. USB 3.0 speed - 18 - 30 MB / s for writing, up to 100 for reading (this is of course if large files) depending on the device. Faster than all today's budget Kingstons with 3.0, personally checked. If the latch stops holding, snap off the cover, it is not glued, remove the "core" and glue a couple of small pieces of tape on both…

Pros
  • Reliability, hassle-free
Cons
  • Short-lived retainer, eyelet breaks

It is of good quality, but I won't buy it again.

I do not like retractable flash drives, and this one is difficult to insert into tight ports like mine because of the mechanism. The construction is flimsy and wobbles a bit. But given the price and recording speed, this can be forgiven. The entry is slightly higher than stated. Reading does not reach the declared speeds. Perhaps the speed is higher on more capacious models. Passed originality test. Results of other tests on screenshots including usb 2.0 and 3.0. I took it on Ali for 500+r

Pros
  • Good write speed Lifetime Warranty
Cons
  • Retractable design

The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

who writes that the speed drops when copying to 0, this is the same story. The general answer to such flash drives (taken from a specialized forum with a similar problem, but about another flash drive): "a bad flash drive puts part of the file into the buffer, then saves it from the buffer to disk, and so on until it copies the entire file." Because of this, the recording is "jerks"

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • speed, the maximum that was achieved was 14.7 MB / s - recording (on average, 10 MB / s is not always the case), I tested it on different machines, with different file systems (NTFS, FAT32, exFAT), with different cluster sizes. Thus, it will take at least about 3.5 hours to completely fill a 128 GB flash drive.

The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

Anyone who is suitable for a low, but stable write speed to a USB flash drive, you can safely buy. Personally, it is not suitable for my needs, I expected a speed of 50-60 mb / s and received 3 times less. On the packaging, the speeds are not declared anywhere, but on the Internet and reviews they write that the speeds are higher, checking them in benchmarks. I brought the real speed of copying files to it in Win 10 on a 6-core 12-thread processor, the file was copied from a Samsung EVO SSD…

Pros
  • Flash drive of a famous brand. Quite compact. Slider. Reading speed about 90 Mb/s
Cons
  • The speed of writing to a flash drive via USB 3.0 varies from 21 to 26 MB / s, not sawtooth, but does not go beyond this range.

Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!

With its pros: Market price. cheaper than in an offline store, I ordered in "Softline" With its cons: Constant speed drops to 0, plus the speed itself is only 10 mb / s. As a result, the file is written, but these drops are annoying. 7 GB file is recorded for about 40 minutes

The right product for me, the price suited me.

(SOLVED!) I bought a JetFlash 790k 8Gb (black) for 350. The store indicated that the recording speed was 12mb / s, and on the package it was 6, it turned out that it was still 12, which was pleasantly surprised. I was very pleased with the purchase, until I discovered that the flash drive was unrealistically stupid in usb 2.0, in my laptops it was stupidly not detected and an error came out either 10 or 43. Once on a laptop it was accidentally detected, but in the process of writing a file an…

Pros
  • JetFlash 790k 8Gb: -Direct read speed~90mb/s - Recording speed ~ 12mb / sec (6 was written on the package, so I was pleasantly surprised) - Cool design + no cap -Price (350) (changed the defective one for a new one for 305, they paid me 45 more :))
Cons
  • -(SOLVED) Does not work in USB 2.0 (in principle, now there is at least 1 3.0 port everywhere, so a dubious minus), took it to JAST where I bought it, they said the 2.0 controller flew off, changed it to the same one and also returned 45 due to the difference ( the price has dropped!). Everything is working now - wide, can interfere with plugging something into adjacent USB connectors - the latch mechanism is too simple and constantly moves when touched, at least after the SanDisk Extreme USB mechanism, which is apparently on a spring (its mechanism is nice to click back and forth and get high :))

It's not quite what I expected, overall it's ok.

I read reviews that this flash drive produces a write speed of more than the declared 45 MB, in fact everything is as stated, the read speed is really more than declared. The recording of the video file is undulating, it looks like a high-speed buffer is used here, as in inexpensive SSD drives. Below are the screenshots of the recording of this flash drive and an old Verbatim 3.0 for 32 GB, on Verbatim the recording speed is about 80 MB and is even, but writes small files much lower than…

Pros
  • The speed is tolerable for 128gb, it can be much worse. Good writing speed for small files 10 MB.
Cons
  • Fragile case

With its pros: Well, yes, probably the best value for money volume. In principle, the flash drive is satisfied. Different cons: Of course, I expected that the speed would be higher, in USB 3.1 the speed does not rise above 25 MB, but it's okay, but it's stable, unlike kingston, which drops to 0.

Absolute rubbish! in Datastore

I'm working on a project where I've bought over 30 flash drives of all sizes over the past few months. I bought a SanDisk, a Samsung, a couple of TEAMGROUPs and three Transcend sticks. I can honestly say that the Transcend drives I've received are iffy at best. I just threw all 3 in the trash! I've never been able to get them to do anything reliably. Sometimes the computer recognized them, sometimes not. Sometimes I could text them, and other times the recording just slowed down and never…

Will technology ever work?

As with many USB sticks I've bought in the past and used on multiple computers, halfway through their size Windows doesn't seem to recognize it. Windows only formats this thing to 4GB. But when I use Etcher to burn ISO images, Etcher always sees it as a 64GB hard drive with 63GB free to use and burns my ISO images with no problem. until the drive died after about 20 uses. Most of the time he was in a drawer in my house with air conditioning and heating so the range is 20 to 25 meters and no…

Not exactly the product I was hoping for.

Works but it's okay. I'm a computer scientist and USB sticks are like screwdrivers for car mechanics. I was looking for a fast 16GB-32GB USB 3.0 drive with activity LEDs and no caps (the caps get lost easily). I ordered two drives (black 32GB) and as soon as they arrived I started testing them. Some major #1 frustrations surfaced immediately: As stated in the description, none of the drives have an activity light. #2 I'm getting very inconsistent read/write results between two drives on…

Nice drive with a small caveat -

. So why not 5 stars? Well, there is one annoying feature. Whenever I plug this drive into a USB port, whether at home or in one of the new pay-per-print copiers, I have to remember to slide and hold the blue slider or the USB port will resist the connection and pushes the blue tab back into the drive, and therefore the flash drive is not connected. So I have to reiterate that having the USB port on the back of the computer like my iMac can be annoying. It's fine, and I'm thinking of holding it

Pros
  • . Nice packaging
Cons
  • . Fits

Good performance so far -- I would buy again .

After doing a little research, reading reviews etc I finally settled on this 64GB stick from Transcend. I just needed something to back up some of my non-critical folders on a regular basis (I take care of important things in other ways), and this was one of the most cost-effective products I've found. After two weeks of use I am very satisfied with it. I use it with a 13" MacBook Air and a pretty good quality USB hub (almost a must since MacBooks only have w USB ports). The outer case feels a…
