Nobody should ever buy Revain car parts! The racks arrived on time Well the installation only took 3 hours due to the use of the wrong clips on the bottom end which attaches to the pin on the chassis. It was completely different from the OEM clamps which had to be broken to remove the old posts. I finally made my own clips using C-Clips from my own stock. I fix mechanical things all the time.

The parts appear to be very well made, the old ones were removed and the new ones installed in under 5 minutes, all that was needed was there a slotted screwdriver. The new parts fit well and fit perfectly seems solid but just tightened so now the test begins they held the hood and the resistance when closing the hood was strong so I am sure they will last for a long time price and Delivery was quick. I recommend this product and the seller to everyone.

I bought these lifters for my '88 Camaro and they are the right size but work well. I had to reuse the old bottom clips from the old set as both end clips won't stay in place. Unfortunately I was not able to replace the top clips and they keep coming loose which is dangerous and can damage the car. At the moment I'm looking for replacement front clips that fit the originals and work. I wouldn't buy them again unless they changed the clips
