No complaints other than place of manufacture

This is a very well made product. I would buy it again. Even if they were made in CCP detention centers. The ad didn't say where it was made, but I should have guessed China and I'd be right. Hm. A lot of time has passed. maybe Vietnam, that would be a bit more acceptable. Buy green! Save some money. about $40 cheaper than cooktops in some other colors. Does green look cool or is it because I'm a St. Patrick's Day kid?

Pretty disappointed

Unsightly brown/black threads forming just under hob after second use. I haven't used it for anything out of the ordinary: the first time I cooked vegetables, the second time an egg, and both times over medium heat. Didn't put it in the dishwasher; just a little washed. Pretty disappointed. On a side note, we have "saffron" and the color isn't that vivid in person; They're a faint golden color, like Dijon mustard, rather than the bright yellow they appear on screen.

This pan loves eggs!

We bought this pan because we wanted a non-stick ceramic pan that was "easier to clean" than cast iron. In the last few months of using these (mainly for boiling eggs in the morning) I have to say that this pan loves eggs so much it won't let go even if you put them on a plate and eat them want. This is the stickiest nonstick pan I've ever seen. Aside from the eggs floating in the oil, there was nothing we could do to keep them intact. On the plus side, I now love scrambled eggs as they're the…

Good for about three weeks

I've had quite a few PTFE-free pans over the years and I don't expect them to last for decades but they should at least retain their gliding properties. stickiness for a few years. I fry everything (eggs, hash browns, etc.) every other day and this pan started sticking after three weeks of use. I don't use abrasive cleaners, I never clean while the pan is hot, and I always use non-scratch utensils when turning or stirring things in the pan. But still the food sticks after such a short time…

Keep in mind! in Cookware Sets

I've had many, many nonstick pans over the years and there is usually a correlation between cost and quality. This pan is well made in my opinion, but the non-stick coating is of poor quality. Since they were new I never put them in the dishwasher (gentle hand wash) and never abused them. Basically, I only use eggs in my family's kitchen (no meat, no cheese, etc.). Important considerations: 1. I have several of these 11" pans and they all quickly lost their non-stick surface (within 2-3 months)
