This is a good timer. The instructions aren't perfect and it's difficult to set them to specific times, but they seem to work well. I understand you need to evaluate with a potentiometer, but when you try the preset endpoints they all differ by 5 seconds or more, almost 10 seconds on a single adjustment. I use this device to start the fuel pump on an old 1973 car. If the car takes too long to fit the carb, I have to crank the engine for 60 seconds to pump fuel up the carb.
