This product does not remove stains or odors. I would definitely advise everyone against this! Also note that the image they show for the ad weighs 64 ounces. Jug. You spend a lot of money for 32 oz. Bottle. Although the size is clearly stated, the picture is misleading.

I would like to take before and after. I haven't shampooed my carpet in a few years. This stuff works great. Stains, dirt, hair, color and odors are gone. This isn't the only product I've used from them. I also use their pet product. I will definitely choose it over any other product.

Bought online to clean dog urine. It works on its own, but when I put it in my handheld or upright carpet cleaner it gets too soapy and the bubbles come out of the cleaner quickly. Not like regular BISSELL Carpet Shampoo which has minimal foaming. My point is that it cleans and neutralizes odors, but it's not really meant to be used in a carpet cleaner if you're into that bit as much as I am.

A few tips for best results based on my experience: 1) Use hot tap water 2) If using an extraction or carpet machine, don't make the stain as dry as possible, leave it damp or slightly damp.
