0 stars, don't waste your money on it.

has been corrupted This is a full POS. The coating on the blades doesn't even feel rough. Before drilling a drainage hole in ceramic pots, I used other, much better, inexpensive drill bits. They are terrible, couldn't even form a groove on the surface after a long time of spinning. Hand back.

Pros
  • Diamond coating improves performance and maintains cutting edge sharpness.

Did what I needed. Drilling holes in aquarium

I bought these because I didn't want to pay $50 for a glass hole drill bit. I thought I'd take a chance and I'm glad I did. If you want to know how they drill aquariums, they do a great job! I have successfully drilled ten 10 gallon aquariums with one of these attachments and I believe it will be able to drill several more. I highly recommend these nozzles for drilling aquariums.

Pros
  • Please use with low drilling speed and drilling pressure. Always work with coolant (water) when drilling. Not for use on concrete or deeper than 1/2 inch
Cons
  • I will add later

They broke through the rock!

I made climbing holds for a backyard climbing wall out of granite, limestone, and some sandstone. Each requires a .75" to 3" diameter clearance hole that must be screwed to the wall. If I had to guess, I'd say each bit is rated for about 6-10 inches of drilling in hard rock. I use a drill press at about 500rpm, light pressure and dip the stones in cold water as I drill. When I tried to drill without water, the bit burned out and lost all the sand in less than 30 seconds. Keep them cool and…

Pros
  • Nickel plated finish for longer life and improved corrosion resistance.
Cons
  • Slightly dented
