After the item was stolen the company quickly sent another one and I like it. The only thing that really needs improvement is the more secure attachment of the individual parts with the locking mechanism.

Yes, it's annoying! The nozzle holder is awesome! The hose holder is good; cable holder is ok; Roll stability is acceptable (big improvement over the old one). Physically it's smaller than expected but lifts the rug off the rug when tested in the living room! The noise is almost bearable (the old one was worse).

Bought the vacuum cleaner for use around the house for quick cleaning rather than lugging the house or getting a large vacuum cleaner from the store. Very pleased with its ability to pick up dirt and dust from home projects. The light weight makes it easy to carry the vacuum cleaner up and down stairs. I would have liked a longer hose, but it is sufficient for my needs.
