Don't buy good replacement parts

Don't buy this motor I bought 2 of these motors, both didn't work when I connected the battery to them I've tried everything with them, they work no, don't waste money

Everything fine except for the speed controller Garbage

I ordered a used one 4 days the speed controller burned out I ordered the controller got everything new and after 5 days the controller burned out again Garbage only have 2 stars got because everything was fine except for the controller

The speed controller melted

It worked for me once, then the speed controller broke. Now you need to buy a new controller. All in all I spent about 2000 just to buy a cheap throttle switch and the wrong type of motor (it's a 3 phase motor which is a problem for exactly that reason). Attached is a photo of the conversion.

The chain didn't come

The motor looks good but I haven't tested it yet. I am very disappointed that I never received the necklace shown in the picture. Edit: I spoke to support twice and finally got help the second time. My 3* became 4* because she was just amazing. I checked the motor and it works very well. If you don't need a chain, take this motor.

Got ripped off for spare parts

Now I'm ready to build my project and I've found that this kit should come with a chain! The main reason I chose this was because it came with a chain. I was wondering why the motor had and still has a #25 sprocket AND a t8f sprocket in the box. I am now frustrated with this purchase and knew I should have just gone with my normal and not pursued the deal. I feel ripped off and that's what happened. hmm... .

Don't waste money.

Everything came on time except the chain. I put this on a mountain bike, it worked great! until you ride it. A flat road where the speed reached 15 miles per hour. It started normally, then the controller burned out (burned my hand from the heat). My guess is that he used all 52 volts to spin the motor at 4500 rpm and couldn't handle the charge. I broke down and bought a medium drive BBSHD, no regrets.
