First of all, the picture of these shoes at the top of the page doesn't do them justice. You look 100x better when you see them. Then people say you should buy two sizes bigger. In my case I usually wear a size 44 and for some reason the size 45 for this shoe is about $30 cheaper than the other sizes and I bought it for $99. Good start! In my new Vibram Trek Ascent insulated shoes that I received today, I ran 4 miles at 7:31 min/mile in 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
