Very useful as an online project management tool and especially good at integrating into existing systems such as Basecamp or Trello.

The biggest strength is that it works across mobile devices so the user can access information easily when out on site. It also has a lot of automation which makes it fast to use and free up staff time. A small downside is that if you want to add extra functionality then you need to pay for the software. This is a brilliant app and should be a part of everyone's business arsenal. It does exactly what it says on the tin and everything else just enhances what it does perfectly. This was a big letdown! When I first started using this app, I loved it.

This was a big letdown! When I first started using this app, I loved it. But now it's gone completely downhill. The system won't accept payments from my business bank account (they are processing the transactions incorrectly). The system keeps crashing. And if I log into the website, the password reset option doesn't work. They seem very responsive when you call them. However they just aren't keeping up with all of these changes or updates..it would take an experienced developer 3 days…
