After using this golf trainer for a week I noticed an improvement in contact. I love the adjustable feature and it easily fits all my racquets. I am very satisfied with this purchase and can only recommend it.

I'm doing a good job but don't expect to secure it with the screw provided. I tried to attach to the smallest spot at the very bottom of the handle. There was no way to attach the wing nut to the bolt. These are regular sized pens. I had to replace the screw with a longer one to make it work. Once I've done that, the trainer works great. The manufacturer must put a longer screw in the package.

Works pretty well when adjusted correctly, it has improved my swing a lot. Really teaches you two different things. Placement of the club chairman. And align the swing. After about a week of training with him, I saw amazing results on the golden fields! Starting with the 7th iron, place it two inches from your index finger on the actual grip and align with the first two grooves on the clubhead.

My swing position was almost correct, but it will help you line up that perfectly square backswing. This can be confusing at first, but keep working with it and it will make a world of difference to your pivot and strike position. I plan to use this to help others. The letter C that touches your hand is softer than other versions in this product and can be adjusted.
