Excellent Department of Transportation-Approved Muffler

The Walker exhaust system has greatly improved my vehicle's performance. My analysis of this product showed that it enhances my automotive's engine sound, as well as increasing its horsepower. I highly recommend the Quiet Flow Stainless Muffler. The only con is that it can be a touch pricey, but it is definitely worth the investment.

Solid, great sound.

One year installed and still in the same condition. Great sound, not quiet but with a slight rumble on this four cylinder engine. You can only hear it from outside, but not in the car.

Doesn't perform like stainless steel, looks aluminized, will rust in 3 years

I bought one of these 3 years ago when they first came out. After 2 years, rust began to appear on the muffler body at the connection with the end caps. After 3 years it looks like the muffler will rust next year. Obviously it wasn't a fully stainless muffler. A lifetime warranty doesn't make up for the pain of a muffler replacement, and Walker's "SS" label on this product is clearly misleading.
