In general, the goods were very well packaged. I'm not sure why others have complained about the packaging. I can only imagine that they were thrown around a lot in transit. Mine came in excellent condition, everything was in clear packaging. When unpacking, there was bubble wrap under the lid to keep the dividers from coming loose and the screws from getting mixed up. These are the first non-stainless bolts I've bought in this form, so maybe that's ok, but they are all wet from some kind of oil.
