MATERIAL: High quality oversize steel alloy insert will repair other inserts that fail and has no ill effects from heat transfer. Disappointing thread repair kit

My analysis of this kit showed that it was not up to par with other thread repair kits on the market .The pieces seemed flimsy and not durable. The one positive was that it did come with a few extra inserts. However, the cons outweighed this small benefit and I would not recommend this kit..

Amazing Machine Work

I am no longer impressed with these inserts. You are definitely on the right track. I installed it with an ATD 5400 (although the CalVan is exactly the same).
