Good quality but difficult

Good quality but difficult. You struggle to put on your skirt, hold the oar to roll it up, struggle to put it on. Maybe I just need practice, but I've lost my confidence

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • compatibility

Warm in 35 degree water

Great glove to keep you warm in 35 degree Lake Michigan winters. They're not waterproof, but they keep you warm. They are difficult to remove after swimming in cold water. would recommend

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Out of service

Difficult to put on, holds a lot of air for a glove

After putting on one glove, putting on another is quite difficult. The wrist clasp is very tight (too tight) but as soon as you put your hand in it, the room for your fingers and palm becomes quite slack.

Pros
  • Easy to put on
Cons
  • Safety

Warm semi-dry gloves

These are the warmest semi-dry gloves I have ever used. They are very well sewn, very high quality. Double layers of neoprene around the wrists prevent large amounts of water from entering and exiting. Worth every penny if you don't have a dry mitt system installed.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Not all fit

Best wet glove for cold water

Great gloves. Fried hands in water 37f. Make sure you get one size larger than you normally wear. I cannot recommend these gloves enough. My 5 finger 5mm gloves didn't fit and my hands were painfully cold after 40 minutes in the frigid winter waters of the Falkland Islands. These gloves changed everything.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Unfashionable

This glove is fantastic. I wear them for cold water diving.

This glove is fantastic. I wear them for scuba diving in cold water (45 degrees Fahrenheit). I used to wear Bare 5mm medium gloves, so I ordered these medium gloves despite some reviews (ie some reviews suggested ordering a size larger than your hand size). You're sitting pretty tight on me. To make plugging and unplugging easier, I put on disposable chef gloves before putting them on or taking them off.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Vulgarity

AWARDED with One Tweak

Oregon Lower Columbia R near the estuary. Winter. I've only worn gloves a couple of times and they were quite warm but not worth the price. But then he turned a pair of black nylon rubberized construction gloves inside out so the rubber part was on the inside of his hand. I put them in these mittens for lining and NOW THEY ARE HELL WARM. If you leave the rubber part out, you will never wear these gloves. However, with the nylon on the outside, the mittens fit well and that really makes a…

Small on the wrist, even one size larger

I think these would be great gloves but as others have said order two sizes larger than you think. I have the oversized WaterProof G1 5 finger gloves and although they are a little tight they fit and are a great glove for 47 degrees. Waters of Puget Sound. I'm going to Canada soon and want something even warmer. I ordered them in size XL and the glove on my hand is good, but I will never wear this glove on my drysuit sleeve. Even when I put them on without a dry suit, I seem to have reduced…

They're definitely warm

The gloves are nice and warm and definitely work well in the 50 degree water I've been diving in. There are several reasons why they can only get 4 stars. First, make sure you order at least one size larger than you think. These are "semi-dry" gloves and therefore have a very dense inner lining (to keep water exchange to a minimum). I usually wear big gloves but they've gotten really big and while they fit well I can't go any smaller. Second, it's almost impossible to put mine on with wet hands

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin
