WealthObjects - Great accounting platform

I like that I can set up multiple accounts for my clients in one place, which saves time. It's not easy to switch between different accounts, but it does get easier over time. The support is also great - they're always quick to respond and very helpful. If you need help with your account or have questions about how to use the software, they're happy to help you out. There's no real downside. We've been using WealthObjects for about 3 years now, and we haven't found anything that we dislike…

Pros
  • Also love being able to create custom reports! And most importantly customer service reps at WFO really care & do their best job possible!! Great product!!! :)

  • Sometimes having too much information presented sometimes makes things difficult if trying navigate through all areas quickly&lt

Great integration and reporting capabilities

I like that you can pull in data from multiple accounts into one dashboard for easy comparisons across assets types (realty vs equities). It's not very intuitive at first glance - some sections need better descriptions/tutorial videos or maybe even more thorough documentation if they have them available online already? That said it would also help with user onboarding as there isn't much out their yet so new users will get lost easily when trying figure something this complicated out…

  • I've been able to easily onboard new users to the platform and teach them how to use the product without much effort

  • Some sections are not intuitive and require more explanation/tutorials
  • I had to look up the documentation to figure out how to put together a view that I wanted

Extremely useful tool when developing multi-functional financial software platforms!!

We have been able to build some very complex applications for wealth management in less time than it would take without using their product. They also help us with any questions that arise along the way which is always helpful! Their support team can sometimes seem slow at responding but this may just reflect how busy they actually are! The only thing I dislike about them as a business partner is that we do not know what other companies use or recommend so there's no real competition between…
