Weber 7444 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Cleaning System Kit: Enhance Your Grilling Experience with this Silver Accessory Review

I've had this grill for about 6 years, I use it at least once a week and I really needed to replace the ash removal system. The instructions for installing and removing the ash catcher say you need a flathead screwdriver, but you may need additional tools depending on how rusty the part is. I used WD40 to loosen the old parts and a hammer to try and turn the knob as the screwdriver wasn't enough. I have attached photos so you can get an idea.

Quality product. I warn you that (as in my case) my old one won't work. The bolt seized and broke when trying to remove the old part. If your kettle grill is that old (mine is 10 years old and probably 400-500 cooks) it may not be worth repairing. For some reason I felt a strong sentimental value in mine. Working without this part (vent wide open), making it difficult to control airflow. The original teapot has a patina reminiscent of past BBQs, but the inside looks brand new!

Very easy to install with the simple instructions provided. It was an excellent replacement for my old cleaning kit. The old one was badly rusted and required a quick cut with a hacksaw to get rid of. My grill is so old the original blades were held on with a nut and bolt. By the time the blades wear out, the nut and bolt have become hopelessly fused. I had to buy a special tool to sand it down.
