I was looking for a warmer that keeps my coffee really hot. Other warmers I've bought haven't done this because most cups have a rim at the bottom, but this warmer is amazing. It keeps my coffee hot at level 5 so you can try lower levels depending on your taste. Very happy with this heater. I only wish I had discovered it the first time.

I've had mine for a few months now and use it every day. It's amazing how it survived. He looks just as good today as he did the day he arrived! I usually use it on settings 1, 2 or sometimes 3. I used setting 4 for heating only. A cup of cold coffee. Setup 5 is getting insanely hot! Use with caution. I love this little villain very much and have never regretted making this purchase. it has a good temperature range up to boiling point. It has a good design that fits even in large cups and it is easy to use. My only complaint is that the button is too sensitive to touch. If you're not careful, you'll end up raising the temperature or turning on accidentally. It's not easy to tell if the stove is hot, so you need to be sure you never touch it. This heater is excellent! We only use big coffee mugs and another brand warmer that's very popular, you know, with raised sides, yes, this one. Our mugs just don't fit on a real hot plate. [---EDIT ---] He died after 4 months (bought mid-July, died mid-November). I changed the rating from 5 to 1 star. Electricity is supplied. The switch still cycles through 5 digits for 5 heat settings. But ZERO heating at any setting, with any cup size. I unplugged it for 15 minutes to see if that would reset the electronics.
