Mikrotik RouterOS is linux, and therefore linkers with an understanding of iptables / nftables are strictly a must-have. Just a great tsatska that still works. With its pros: Tons of settings. Anything can be tuned. Stable VPNs - both clients and servers. Yes, there is a lot to say here, the page is not enough. Quick. Hardware encryption on board. Incredible thing. Its cons: Gets very hot under load. But this is because of the powerful processor with 4 cores.

I advise. Got pros: An excellent router, compact, does not heat up much, there is a quick setup for the average user. Good coverage area, beats through concrete walls, but you should not expect miracles. Has cons: The price has risen significantly in recent years. For more flexible settings, you need to go deep into the issue.

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

Some pros: This version is now much easier to set up. No more difficult than other routers. One router is enough to cover a three-room apartment with a 2.4GHz network, 5GHz works in close proximity. Its cons: It is heated, but not critical. In abnormal heat, it can disappear from time to time. Within +30 degrees works without interruption

Since I'm not an admin or computer scientist, it was interesting for me whether I can manage the settings myself or not, of course with the help of google. I consider this a plus for the router, because. was able to learn something new. With its pros: Design, compactness, stability of work, the ability to attach a 5a wall and very wide options for configuring the router, but on one condition that you really need to understand or understand the logic of the interconnections of processes in them,

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Mikrotiks began to make cute ones - softtouch coating, cool case, and not like before :) Excellent parameters and support for everything you can for little money. Got pros: It can do a lot of things that other routers simply don’t have, but what exactly do I need: bgp, ospf, ip rules, a good firewall, packet marking, wifi client deassociation capabilities, etc. Has some cons: Mikrotik is not for everyone. To configure, you need at least an average knowledge of networks.

great router. The first time I encountered Mikrotik products. I set it up according to the manual from the Internet, put it in the closet and forgot. no restarts, dependencies, lags, glitches. maximum stability of work on wi-fi. covers 3 kv, being not in the most optimal place, in a closet behind a closed door.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Maybe I'll ate my review in a few months. Pros below: Very cool, compared to 951, it is much smaller, the body is rubberized to the touch, the processor does not strain at 350 Mbps download and download, it was loaded at a maximum of 21%, it works very well in two bands, even 2.4 beats better with the same settings, like the 951, 5G works pretty well. Setting up a . src file is a pleasure via export compact file. With its cons: It heats up more strongly than 951, the case is somehow not so…

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Different pros: - Nice appearance; - Gigabit ports; - 5 GHz wi-fi; - Easy setup with Quick Set; - In version 6.47 of RouterOS, it became possible to use Amazon over HTTPS. Some cons: - Significantly heated; - If some non-trivial setup is needed, it can be more difficult to figure out than with routers from vendors of simple home devices.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

I have 3 such routers working in my apartment for a little over a year. Everything is gorgeous! Set up seamless (conditionally) wi-fi. Recommendation for enthusiasts who want to break through all the walls with a powerful signal: Guys, do not arrange a microwave for yourself and your loved ones ! Save your health! It is better to put several devices and lower the signal strength! From this, the wi-fi speed will be much better for you, because. you don't have to heads with neighboring networks…

Pros
  • Stability and more stability! RouterOS - flexibility of settings for any task! Performance - gigabit holds without problems Nice design, compact size
Cons
  • They just don't exist! The only possible drawback (for people far from the IT world) is the impossibility of self-configuration. Nothing can be done, this is the other side of the coin, the limitless possibilities of RouterOS (under whose control this device operates). Believe me, it's better to take this stable one! a professional piece of iron and once to call a specialist who will set everything up. And forget that ever (before buying this router) you had a lot of problems and “nerves” with the Internet (figuratively speaking).

I bought it to connect the Huawei E8372 LTE modem and distribute WiFi. The main task was to get as much from the modem as it arrives via LTE and distribute with minimal WiFi losses, since the first scheme with the TP-Link router was buggy, the Internet constantly fell off when the WiFi connection was working, etc. I accidentally stumbled upon rave reviews of MikrotiTik equipment and decided to try it. Knowledge on setting up network equipment was and is minimal, intuitively and after reading…

Pros
  • Quality and stability of communication, nice design, good equipment
Cons
  • Not

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I bought TP-Link Archer C4000 in exchange, and ASUS RT-AC87U . Mikrotik in terms of coverage area is just as good, and stability is on top. At 2.4 GHz, the absolute leader! It pulls about 12 devices at the same time, these are smart lamps and ip cameras, smartphones, tablets, PCs, smart TVs. You can watch 4k video and download torrent at the same time! Definitely take!

Pros
  • Compact Powerful enough Stable Yes 5GHz Simply TOP!
Cons
  • Didn't find

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I used to sit with a cheap router from Xiaomi (top for my money), and I could not normally enjoy g in the toilet. The signal was weak, the picture loaded slowly, sometimes stalled at idle. I thought to put Mikrot as the main one, and the old one as an access point, but there was no need for this. The strength of the signal allowed me to enjoy 4k and 60fps at the farthest point of the apartment (toilet), gave me peace of mind and continuous fap. I recommend this machine to everyone!

Pros
  • Professional router for home. Normal AXIS, no need to think about what kind of to roll for stable operation. Excellent coverage throughout the apartment.

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

The device is for people with experience, the rest will have to call a network manager familiar with Mikrotik. To whom it is easy to distribute Wi-Fi from a with the Internet - you can take it, choose in a simplified setting where "home dual band", enter pwords - everything will work. For complex networks with TV and telephony, call the tuner, or sit on the forums for a couple of days.

Pros
  • Professional device with excellent performance and communication quality. Lots of settings and extras. Functions.
Cons
  • Poor instructions, few indicators, it is not clear what state the device is in when resetting and flashing. Reset on together with wps, reset only off. power > holding the on with the handle > on. power supply, hold until the upper diode above the reset goes out. There is nothing of this in the instructions, and if you lost the web muzzle in bridge mode, that's the only way.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

In general, some reviews are surprising, where people need to "connected and it worked by itself. " I had a need at home in a working environment to assemble a network of 3 computers, one of which would be a server with a web interface, and at the same time the Internet connection would be through a router, or another computer (not a server). Mikrotik turned out to be a great solution for little money. I set up NAT, Amazon, DCHP, HTTP requests with a certain 1st level domain are transferred to…

Pros
  • Flexibility of settings High speed between LAN ports The ability to organize a local network of any type at home
Cons
  • Not always obvious settings

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

At my house, it is much too potent for even me to handle. The router's transmitter power is just super, the processor power is above and above praise at a speed of 100 megabits, and the CPU load does not exceed 4 percent even with the fasttrack connection switched off. This is one of the router's many positive attributes. I dug into the stuffing and discovered that the router uses Japanese nichicon capacitors, Japanese memory chips, and even a lan transformer 10/100 Base-T Dual Port…
