Ideal for John Deere X500 (Kawasaki engine). I expect it to be as good or even better than the OEM version. I bought it because of WIX filters reputation for above average quality. for your information. My filter was black instead of white as shown on Revain.

I saw a demonstration on YouTube. The man cut several brands of filters in half to show the materials and construction. My swap to a Fram oil filter was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Wix was one of the best K&N products from Wix and later Motorcraft. I watched that on YouTube. Take what's worth!

I've had good luck with Wix filters in general, but not with this one. The thread was damaged/improperly machined on this particular device, no I didn't cut it. Went to my dealer and got the same filter and it worked fine. Not with return problem. I am not sure if I will buy from the online shop again.

I was hoping that in the photo it would appear in the typical Wix black instead of white, which it did. The finish wasn't exactly perfect as there was a piece of metal around one of the small oil drain holes that I removed prior to installation. Actually it is very dangerous. In any case, turn and go.

Nothing to say other than that Wix has some of the best oil filters on the market that are often cheaper than OEM filters but work just as well if not better. I paid $15 for an OEM filter at my local Lowe, but ended up buying two Revain Wix oil filters for about $20. The two filters I received are black filters instead of the white filter stated in the product description.

I bought a Wix filter with a different model number than my John Deere D100, this filter is sturdy and a lot cheaper. I've just started using it but it seems to absorb oil well. This one I can get as a subscription, so they automatically send it out from time to time, which I probably will. I only wish they had 12 months but 6 months is what they have. Okay, if I get a bunch of these I'll just unsubscribe.

I bought this filter for a John Deere D 110 lawnmower. I've watched a lot of oil filter comparison videos and the Wix filters are good quality filters. I used the gold version of these Napa filters, which is basically a Wix filter, but I paid $15 to buy it from Napa. I also tried buying them from O'Reilly and they are $15.99.
