My feet are not that uniform so they are very difficult to put on and wear but they do the job. I have to constantly pull them throughout the workout. I would rate them lower but overall they are good quality and I think maybe that's me as they are clearly made for perfect feet.

No Velcro as advertised. The first pair I bought fit great and wears well except for the small velcro closure. I have to replace the velcro myself. I chose these again based on the pictures and description showing the full package as my son had it but that is not what I received.

Excellent fit, sits comfortably on the foot and offers extra freedom of movement when sparring or even competing. The only downside is that they take a little time and it's easy to stick two fingers in the same hole without realizing it. But I feel like I'm not wearing anything. I almost forgot I was wearing them! This is a must-have for any martial artist who wants affordable, durable gear and an edge over their opponents.
