Great Grip: Latches and Bolts

I accidentally cut off the middle finger of my left hand and severely injured my thumb. This made the old style grip very difficult to use when you press the button with your thumb. With this handle it is now much easier to open the door. My wife also has arthritis in her hands and says this handle makes opening the door a lot easier. The handle itself seems very strong.

It's a decent best in door hardware and locks

Targets are great. I've installed hundreds of these, the only complaint I have is the internal pins and spring. If my wife put me in my place because of the profanity string, I might or might not use it. But once I figured out the pin's mystery, installation was pretty easy. A worthy replacement, I'm glad I bought it and would do it again should the need arise.

So we could use the new handle on the inside, but not on the outside. You will not connect. We think our insulated screen door is slightly thicker than manufactured. In that sense, the inside grip works great. And I love…

Not quite brass is best for door hardware and locks

It's definitely pot metal with some kind of coating. It's not brass! The outside handle is larger than I thought it would be and I almost returned it as I thought it would be too much for my screen door. My partner laughed at this and said it doesn't really 'fit' the door, it just looks bulky, maybe overkill lol. It kind of matches the real brass hardware on the regular tailgate, which gave it a few points for looks. It's also a little heavier than expected, causing my screen door to slam a…
