- Convenient 3 modes, looks stylish
- Weight 14 kg, it’s hard for a girl, especially if you constantly carry it or carry it up stairs, even with special descents. All the same, we get tired, no matter how easy it may seem to us at first. It is not convenient that there is no indication that the scooter is charged. Only watch in the app.
- This is my second scooter, before that there was both the regular version and the Ninebot ES4, which turned out to be complete rubbish. The scooter is good in general, but needs immediate improvements. Now I have already traveled 1,400 km over the summer, mainly from work to home. Of the breakdowns, it was the rear wing that broke from vibrations, it is necessary to regularly adjust the brake so as not to be left without it. I almost immediately replaced the firmware with a custom one in order to have a speed of 32Km / h, which allowed me to drive a little faster and more comfortably. I replaced the wing, finding the original turned out to be a problem, for this I bought not the original, but not of poor quality. In the future, I will order the original from China just at the time when the season ends and prices go down. I definitely think it is necessary to make support for the rear wing so that it does not come loose.
- The folding unit remained the same weak point, the backlash, creaking and vibration in it are exactly the same as in the first version, although the folding tongue was certainly made more convenient. The battery noticeably loses its capacity at different temperatures, especially below 18 degrees.
- - Excellent acceleration. On dusty pavement sometimes grinds at the start. - Confidently pulls uphill. He pulled me up the rise on Sparrow Hills from the embankment. - Awesome design - Excellent design and assembly (with the exception of well-known sores, which are below) - Mileage of about 30 km in sport mode with constant acceleration and deceleration
- There are some known sores from the previous version: - Almost immediately there was a backlash in the folding unit. Although he was also immediately cured by adjusting the nuts in it. You will need a pair of wrenches, or a visit to the workshop. - The wire to the rear light is being rubbed. And quickly: on a run of about 100 km, I decided to remove the rear wheel and saw the already worn insulation. The wire itself did not have time to fray. You will need direct hands or, again, a visit to the workshop. Preferably immediately after purchase. - Xiaomi knowingly limited the maximum speed to 25 km / h. When pressed vigorously, the rear wheel is often even blocked, but the front wheel is only slowed down by recuperation with all the ensuing consequences. As a result, there are enough brakes, but they are far from bicycle ones, so be careful and use your head.
- 1) Autonomy. The first electric scooter, very convenient after conventional transport, long distances in a short time. 2) Large battery, lasts ~ 40 km, depending on weight, slides, etc. 3) Very convenient to fold and take with you to the store, no need to worry that something will be done to it and where to park it outside. Convenient to store at home. 4) Degree of protection. On Ali, you can buy additional tools. So far, the cover on the on-board computer, the support for the rear wheel and the hook on the steering wheel have helped a lot. Otherwise, it rides perfectly on wet roads. Only the brake disc crunches when wet sand and dirt gets in until it dries. 5) Great power, at medium speed it pulls into pretty good slides at 8+ km / h and then accelerates.
- 1) Still heavy, not everyone can fit a weight of 15 kg. 2) Protection of the on-board computer and information on it. Indeed, as they wrote, there is not enough information on the screen, as a percentage, the rest of the mileage, and so on. The screen itself is glass, it scratches from everything, + there is direct access to electronics, so it’s dangerous to drive in the rain, you need to buy more protection or handicraft. 3) The rear wing was knocking from bumps, an additional backup with Ali helped. 4) After some time, a crunch began to be heard on the bumps in the road, it was cured by lubricating the folding mechanism. 5) A big minus is that you should not count on 40 km completely. Toward the end of the charge, when 1 bar remains, the scooter starts to save energy and give less speed. That is, the power reserve shows that another 10%+ is on it, and it no longer goes 20, but 16, does not pull uphill, where it used to go at a speed of 15-16 and slows down on the roads. There was a situation where he had 4-6% of the charge left, but he refused to go, he just crawled at a speed of 2-3, he had to get there on a pusher. 6) Long charging time, 10% in about an hour, the charger heats up during a long charge, it squeaks slightly, on the verge of audibility, the plug was Chinese. 7) For 4 months of active use, the footboard failed, you can replace it with Ali again.
- 1) Build Quality 2) Design 3) power reserve
- 1) Depreciation - or rather its absence
- It is very convenient to move around the city in warm weather.
- Battery drains very quickly
- Reliable, convenient, compact
- I would like less weight. the rear wing broke, the tires were changed twice in a year, then I put molded rubber.
- Reliable
- Poor cushioning
