ill preface by saying I have a german shepherd who tends to gnaw on ropes. He loved this thing for 10 minutes until he chewed through the rope portion. The elastic portion has held up well and he tugs on the rope that is still attached and he still loves to play and chew on the rubber corn piece that he broke loose. If you have a strong-jawed pup like me, they might make quick work of the rope like mine did. If not, I'm sure it would last your dog a long time

My dog enjoyed this, but ended up chewing through the strap (see pic). You can see a few inches on the strap that are not reinforced and of course that’s what he chewed through. It was tied up on a hook from above. Every once in a while he’d jump up high enough to grab the strap instead of the toy and just chew on the strap. Didn’t take many times before it was chewed through. Tried putting it higher but he wouldn’t play w it if it was too hard to reach. If it was reinforced throughout I think…

I am so disappointed. She loved it. Whipped it around, played with the ball for a few days. It was great. I come home on the 5th day and she had chewed the rope ball off the strap connecting it to the tree! No way to fix it. Looks good as something to keep your dog stimulated but if your dog is a chewer at all, this might end up the same way.

Love the sturdiness very well made and worth the money ! Wish the bungee was quite a bit tighter , she brings it to the ground no matter how far I put it up.

Our dog is a heavy chewer and he somehow untied part of the orange ball. But I liked that he was able to entertain himself with it. It has good bounce and was easy to attach to the tree.

This thing is amazing, and my dog absolutely loves it I don't normally write reviews. But this deserves one. Anybody that has a dog and a yard with a tree needs this I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

This is a hard review to write. On the one hand, my dog really enjoys it. On the other, he chewed threw it after about 2 days. I was easily able to tie the rope toy back on, but my dog isn't even that big and isn't a big chewer (australian shepherd). Overall, I'm happy to have it.

Our 75 lb Malinois is to strong for us to play tug with him for long. But he loves tug. This kit solved that problem. I attached it to a tree in our yard and he gets a much tug as he wants!If you have a large dog or a chewer, buy a spare tug toy. Your dog won't want to be without this in operation!

Our 5 month old mastiff loves chewing on anything and everything, this toy was a Godsend. it wears his little butt out, keeps him from chewing on things he shouldn't and is awesome excersize for him as well. Easy and quick to install and well worth the price!

Having 2 large breed puppies, this is very handy. They are entertained and are able to use this by themselves even. It is holding up to them and the weather very well. Easy to put up. I do wish it came in different colors, but overall it is definitely worth it.

Lil Nicholas is a mix of 7 breeds …. He has about 25% German Shepard in him and ever since we rescued him he’s been very high energy. My return window closed Jan 31st and this broke 2 weeks later. it took my dog a while to get the hang of what to do with it, then she loved it once she did. The strap between the rope and bungee is sewn to each end. Though it looks sturdy, it is not as thick as the rope or bungee fabric and it broke in the middle. I was hoping I could tie it back together but there is not enough of the strap to do so. Too much money for something that only lasted a few weeks and I cannot find a number or email…

During the quarantine I've been working from home and wanted to make sure my dogs were still getting exercise, having fun, and wearing themselves out so they'll be calm when I'm on conference calls. I got the package and it came 100% assembled. Just tighten it around the tree and throw the bungee over a limb and you're good to go! It took me literally 5 seconds to set up and the second I told the pups to 'tug' they LOVED it! They'll run outside and make a bee line for the tug rope! Best dog toy

I and my dogs were enjoying the new toy until my male pulled it harder than ive seen and the band broke. Everyone is okay. But would really love to see a double band or a heavier duty material. Great fun toy

I for mid size breads medium is great for small-you sized breeds get the small. Psa you can swap the yellow toy out for any rope toy you may find at the dollar store or pet stores.

I got this to keep my puppy distracted enough from chewing up up the irrigation. I don't see her playing with it much but when im in the yard with her she loves to play with it.I wish it came with suggested guidelines such as how far off the ground it should be.

We have a black lab and a mix German Shepherd. The German Shepherd likes any type of ball, the lab likes squeak toys. I hung up the attachment in a tree with a squeak toy connected to it. Our girl an loves it for tugging on . The rope is indestructible.

Dog chewed through the connection strap to the toy within the first 2 days of installation. It worked great while functioning but if your dog is a chewer at all, this may not hold up.
