Metamask is the best extension wallet
Metamask is a great extension for Ethereum community. The quality is over the expectation of mine. All the things from function to design make me feel very confident to use. Although right now, there are very few function on Metamask, I believe there will be more and more things to be implemented in the future

Positive point: MetaMask will automatically prevent users' access to the malicious sites making it safe for the users
Pros
- - Metamask is open-sourced so the community can checked the its quality and give proposals to improve the current state
- - Users are given seed phrases to recover their account at the registration stage
- - Metamask has partnered with Coinbase and Shapeshift to let users buy cryptocurrencies fast and conveniently
- - The wallet is very easy to use, from the installization state to sending and receiving stage. It is very useful for the beginners
- - The team behind Metamask does not store the any information regarding users account
- - Support is available everywhere on the internet. They are both from the great community and the responsive team
- - It is backed by a massive community. Its official Twitter announced that there were one million users who actively use the wallet.
- - Users can access their wallet without expose their private key (private key is very important as it is used to get the control of an address)
- - It has very simple and nice design. The fox - its mascot - is a big plus to its attractive points
Cons
- - Users can only access the wallet through browser, not on the phones
- - Metamask can only be used to send and receive funds while other wallets such as Myetherwallet allows users to do many interesting things
- - Security is the most itchy issue of online wallets, including Metamask

Yes! they now have mobile applications for both Android and iOS but in beta version. You can use the beta version if you want. App is in development. So it may be unstable. I haven't used it yet so I don't want to comment.
