Review on πŸ”Œ SAUNORCH Universal Travel Adapter: Smart High Speed USB Wall Charger for Europe, UK, US, AU, Asia-Blue by Robby Agrawal

Elegant device that works with most standard items you travel with

Bought for a trip to France. PROS: The USB ports were amazing because they saved me from having to bring an iPhone cube and allowed me to charge multiple devices at the same time (two phones, a Fitbit and an iPad). The compact design (the pins do not stick out) is also pleasing. I also liked the blue indicator that lets you know power is flowing through it (just in case something indicates it's not working) and an extra fuse in case it blows. CONS: When plugged into most outlets, the USB ports were at the bottom making them awkward to plug in and then the cord would bend weirdly depending on where the outlet was. (There was one spot we stayed where the outlet was on the table top, which was great!) It also doesn't work with "high voltage" appliances like a steamer or hair straightener, which I brought, although those Tension it can hold is higher features than each of these items used. I believe it's 120v vs 240v. I was able to use a different power supply (simple) with the steamer but it didn't work like it did at home. It would emit vapor for about 5 seconds, then turn off for about 10 seconds, then turn back on and emit vapor for 5 seconds. the change in performance was not noticeable with the hair straightener. Bottom line this is a great device and it will work with most of the standard stuff you travel with (phone, camera, laptop, watch) but if you have other stuff like me better bring the device with you specifically for EU power

  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Some difficulties
