Long-Lasting Energy for Household Needs

These batteries have been a great addition to my home! Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a medical professional, I always make sure to have good quality batteries on hand for emergencies. These Bulk ProCell batteries have proven to be the perfect choice for powering various electronics from remote controls to flashlights. The longevity of each battery cycle is impressive, and the packaging makes it easy to keep them organized. The only downside is that they are not rechargeable, but…

Pros
  • long-lasting, high-quality, bulk packaging
Cons
  • not rechargeable

Interesting but worrying date code

They are no longer packaged in a box of 4. They are all in the ProCell box that you see on the side. Shame. The date on mine is March 2027, which is only 6.5 years from now. A far cry from the 10 years Duracell claims for Copper Top (same manufacturer). I have bought them for more than 5 years but this is the last time. I'll go with the copper plate when they run out. Too bad they used to be good.

  • AA size
Cons
  • Some errors

Unreliable and misleading

The bottom line is that Procell's Duracell AA batteries are not what they are made for. First, anyone who says they aren't made in China is "faking it". Made in China is written directly on the packaging. That doesn't necessarily mean they have to be bad, but my box of 24 was of poor quality. I'd say at best half of them were decent and the other half lasted very briefly. I'm talking about a week to a month at best for very energy-efficient devices. Some didn't even work. It was hard to believe
