Poor diamond surface on the green map. Terribly bad

Extremely unimpressed. The first image is rough/blue, the second normal/red, both are fine at best with their surface. Finally, the green plate I place in front of my larger green rock is also DMT. The green plate (out of three packs) has the absolute worst surface finish I have had on a ceramic "stone"/plate. These very shiny nicks are from trying to break the plate with 1095 steel, which is the softest steel I personally sharpen. There are massive pieces of diamond that feel like boulders…

So I feel like I have to justify myself, that I really need to sharpen things on the go on a regular basis. I started a small tool sharpening and repair service in front of his shop with my retired father on the weekends after I finished my job.
