Easy replacement of parts to win.

Easy to install. This was a simple replacement for the front left door on my 2012 Mazda CX-9 and it seems to work fine. The company also offers online guides for reprogramming the window automation. I would buy this device again but I doubt I will ever buy it.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Frequency

Works great in the passenger seat of a 2010 Mazda CX-9

Using an online video this was a simple install I did 1 month ago. And it works great. Install with the window facing up, otherwise the window alignment may be disturbed. You then have to "reset the window" using the power window switch with the front passenger and driver switches. There is also a video for this. Much luck! Strangely both front windows fell out about 3-6 months apart so I fixed both at the same time. Much luck.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad

worked great got it with matching dormin drive for win

worked great even better than stock once we made it oem workers. stop laughing Gears on the motor and zero noise. I highly recommend. Obtaining the approval of manufacturers for the production of window motors and drives. The meaning of the Dorman actuator does not go, and someone else for the motor may not set it correctly. This is how I got the automatic function working again after installing the replacement device.

  • good thing

Perfect for the Mazda CX-9 front passenger window

This device is perfect for the front passenger window on my 2010 Mazda CX-9. The window motor started clicking and wouldn't come up, and the dealer wanted to charge an outrageous price to replace it. It took about 35 minutes from start to finish and works great! Remember to do the auto up/down calibration by rolling the window all the way down and then all the way down and holding the up button for another 3 seconds so it knows where the top and bottom stops are.

Didn't work at first; had to hit it to make it work

Made all connections before installation and tried to operate the controller. When pressing the buttons on the driver's or passenger's side, the engine warmed up but didn't start. I reconnected the old ESC to make sure the connection was good and the old motor was working. I slammed the new motor on my knee before plugging it back in; That helped. Was about to return the device for a refund. I installed the regulator, it seems to work as intended, but for obvious reasons I doubt its…

Heavy Duty is as good if not better than the OEM it replaced.

I was trying to replace the gear that was removed in my original window regulator motor but unfortunately upon reassembly the plastic frame, dry and brittle from 14 years of Arizona heat, snapped like a branch. I was happy to reinstall it and since I can enjoy the window moving up and down I knew it once so well before the first one fell apart on me. I have no doubt that I use Dorman products, they have always been of excellent quality and fit perfectly. I used to buy the cheapest parts and…

Seems to be working fine!

Had to replace both engines in our Mazda CX-9. No hard work when the window is up. This time it was much more difficult because the window was closed. So I had to completely dismantle the door and track, lift the window and tape it up, and then put it all back together. If you need to do this, please note: Make sure the front of the glass is in the guide. I put it back together the first time and the window wasn't quite in the channel and was stuck. So I had to take everything apart and do it…

Will not fit my car - Wrong Product Description

This item arrived on time and in good condition, but it did not fit my car. The Revain description says it fits my right front or right rear door window for my 2010 Mazda 3 (see attached picture) but when I opened the door panel and removed the original motor it turned out to be the wrong part, and not compatible . The engine itself looks good, I just feel very cheated by how the product was described and advertised. Worst of all I only proceeded with the repair after the return period had…

Does the CX-9 window regulator make a grinding noise? Simple solution!

Worked beautifully on my 2012 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring! It took only 20 minutes to remove and replace! You have to remove the entire door panel but it is only held in place by 3 screws and a couple of clips. My old motor still ran, but after 6 years of use the gearbox threads were worn out and started making a grinding noise when trying to raise the window. I had to raise the window by hand so I decided to try and replace the motor. It ended up being a plastic gear thread (male) that had come…
