AMAZING rainwater harvesting solution.

This item is AMAZING. We wanted to add additional gutters to create a downspout to collect rainwater in several places in our home. It was way cheaper! This helped us quickly and efficiently collect several hundred gallons of rainwater into 55 gallon drums during the recent rainstorm.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to say

Ideal for collecting waste water.

Purchased to collect used water for crops and lawns during this year's drought in Nor California. All gray water is collected in 5 gallon buckets and then overflowed into 55 gallon drums. How else can you pour water from a bucket into a barrel without this funnel. Handles 5 gallons of water with no problem. I was also impressed with how strong and durable the construction of this funnel is. I'm sure it works great with oil but the water is awesome. Highly recommended.

  • Great Design

It's one of those things that I put off.

This is one of those things I put off for years pouring my oil into funnel kegs and standing there holding onto the drain tank. Pooh. Now I just dump all the junk in the top of the barrel and not worry about it spilling or washing out or anything - just leave all the old cans there upside down and the drip pan upside down (it's a big hopper for the drum ! ) and come back the next day and just delete everything. Much nicer and it's one of those features that you should buy once in a lifetime…

Strong, reliable, easy to use but easy to clog

This keg funnel comes in handy as it mounts directly onto a 55 gallon keg and greatly reduces spillage. However, the included strainer in the drain tube clogs easily if your liquids aren't already filtered and super clean. gallons of liquid are stuck in the hopper and have nowhere to go until you clear the clogged strainer. Either remove the strainer (like I did) or pre-filter liquids before using this funnel. It's also a great way to reduce or eliminate leaks and quickly transfer liquids to a…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • String is shorter than other picks

Big drum funnel. Typical Eagle quality

This is a great funnel for a 55 gallon keg. It has good pads that keep it level and stable. I just pour the used oil into a funnel and leave the pan in it upside down. Easy to clean and ready to use again in seconds. It has a fine mesh to catch small particles. This can be a problem if you're constantly blowing things up and contaminating the oil. The screen clogs up pretty quickly if you try to dump crushed bearings and ground crankshafts into the hopper. Your oil recycling bill will be less…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Clarity

The rainwater barrel MUST be oil system tool compatible

I decided to go green and build a rainwater barrel for my wife and her great love of all things green. My biggest problem was that my house in South Georgia doesn't have gutters and I had no plans to install them any time soon. I needed something that could collect a lot of runoff from the roof of my house in a corner that would concentrate a lot of water when it rained. I made a rain barrel using a new water barrel I found cheaper on a competitor's website and some parts I ordered from Revain,
