I tried it out right away. Worked great and sealed the back of the watch without damaging the dial. I have over a dozen watches and many of them have trouble closing the case back. Now I can easily change all the batteries at any time.

I found this item very useful at a great price. I broke the chrystal on the watch before receiving this product, but thanks to the rubber bumpers it is easy to put on the watch after changing the battery. Excellent product and fast delivery.

The design seems fine when you receive it, but in action you realize that this device doesn't have the gripping power to close most watches. I don't recommend this, but it works with some easy-to-squeeze watch cases, but not all.

I bought this because I was able to remove the case back from my wife's watch but couldn't put it back on. This gem arrived in the mail, less than 30 seconds after you took it out of your pocket, the case back was securely attached to the watch. This is a very powerful tool and it would be nice to add it to your toolbox.

Not good for Timex watches. Tried to close a standard size men's Timex watch with an interference fit. Despite undue pressure, the case was not closed. Also, the pads are too small and don't cover the entire area of the crystal or the back. They did a very good job cracking the crystal with overpressure. Finally, the case was locked with blocks of wood and 10-inch channel lock pliers.

Very disappointed with this product. The diameter of my watch was larger than the diameter of the rubber washers and the pliers couldn't snap the cover back on. In fact, it started sagging on the back of my watch without snapping. I ended up returning it and ordering a regular watch press with multiple discs so you can get the diameter right as needed and it worked great.

I got this after sliding the watch back to close didn't work. As soon as I lined up the back, tucked it in and pushed it in, I heard a pop, took it out and it closed. The crystal dial of my watch was not damaged. I didn't have to wonder what size hard drive to use or if it was flattened. This tool doesn't require much pressure. I have carpal tunnel and a sprained wrist and was able to bruise it easily. Highly recommended.
