I bought one for my wife before she went to England on holiday and she loved it. She was able to plug it in on the plane, on some trains with outlets, and at her hotel where she could plug in a bedside lamp and still use the USB sockets for charging. to Europe. I liked the convenience of this plug as it can support multiple devices, but the plug's pins don't stay extended so a few times I thought I was charging but the plug did gone so far that contact was lost. Every time I plugged it in I had to play with it to make sure it was plugged in. When I plugged or unplugged the device into the adapter, it lost contact with the outlet and disconnected.
