Features a large 8.8 liter (2.3 gallon) capacity bi-functional manual unit to extract and dispense a wide-range of fluid types. Clean and simple way to evacuate and dispense fluids. Reservoir is constructed of durable polyethylene and will not rust or corrode. Automatic flow control valve prevents the unit from overfilling during use and automatically shuts off at 8 liters. Features 0.23" OD x 5' long (5.7 mm OD x 1.5 m long) dipstick tube, 0.26" OD x 5' long (6.6 mm OD x 1.5 m long) dipstick tube, 0.41" OD x 5' long (10 mm OD x 1.5 m long) main evacuation tube.

Great idea bad execution

I bought this 3 years ago and it worked great the first time. Drained all the oil from the car. No mess. The second time, oil started squirting out of the handle as I pumped it. I thought it was leftovers from the first time and I just poured the oil out so the oil wouldn't settle. This problem got worse as I continued to use it. I finally called the company after reading a message here that the seals were not compatible with synthetic oils. seems stupid. I called the parts company and theyโ€ฆ

Fantastic product once you get the hang of a few things - some tips on how to use it!

This is actually a very good product if used properly. Here are some tips to save time. There is a stopper at the top of the canister. Make sure the plug is closed before use. I have not sucked oil into the canister for a long time after pumping it several times. I removed the top to make sure the o-ring (was). Collected, and the oil still sucks badly. After another 5 minutes it dawned on me. Check plug. Bingo! It worked. Another trick. When pumping oil out of a car, it helps to run the car aโ€ฆ

Perfect fit for VW Golf R.

I've been sitting in my garage for months waiting for the right moment to do my first oil change on my 2016 Golf R. it was easier. Please note this is the first time I have changed the oil on a car! To remove the oil: 1.) Open the hood after the oil temperature has reached approximately 130F. 2.) Remove oil dipstick. 3.) Connect the grease hose to the Mityvac 7201 and then the thin hose to this thick hose and then the other end of this thin hose to the dipstick hole and down (wait for it toโ€ฆ

The workhorse of the product!

This tool has been working for me for a year and a half and I use it several times a day. My boss uses the second one we bought and it might be a month newer than mine and he uses it every day too. These two we use to remove oil from the crankcase of all generator sizes from 8kW to 250kW units. I have just ordered another one that I will be using to put fresh oil back into the alternators after pumping out the old oil so only fresh oil is included here. We used an electric pump and a large 5โ€ฆ
