The food comes out nice and tastes good but I made the mistake of opening the bag to cook it and quickly found that once the bag was opened it was pretty difficult to ration from now on. For example, if I just wanted to make one batch of custard, I would be exposing a very dry custard mix to air that I could never reseal.
