High quality wireless keypad for our electronic gate opener. Very durable construction. Easy to install and use. I recommend the seller and the product.

This item works as intended but is a bit confusing. Almost everyone we told the code to had to be physically shown how to use it. I think if you just had to type the number instead of "pinning" the number and then clicking "ok" it would be less confusing.

I bought two of these, one for each side of the gate, easy installation, you fret removing the front panel. You can't see what's on the number pad at night. One is dead after a heavy thunderstorm. I made sure the block was assembled correctly and that the gasket wasn't pinched. The range isn't that great, about 50 feet.

I bought 2 of these 6 months ago and 1 of them is already broken. The seller responded very quickly to my problem and immediately sent a new device. Without the customer support I would have given this product 2 stars but they stand behind their product by caring about their customers and in today's world I think it deserves 5 stars. Purchase of two wireless TKP3 keypads and four M12 remote controls complete with AD5 automatic gate opener kit. They were all easy to install and the keyboards and remotes were easy to program. After about 5-6 weeks one of the keyboards stopped working so I contacted TOPENS support about this issue. Chelsea from their customer service was quick to respond and asked me to check a few things to determine if it was the keypad or the control board on the opener. It ended up being a bad keyboard and
