This pillow is AMAZING. I saw someone on Instagram looking at this (or something like that) and I was like, "Hmm, maybe." I had extra FSA dollars to spend so I decided to give it a try and WOW this is the most comfortable sleep ever . I'm a medium height woman so it's perfect for me. I think if you are much smaller it might not work but give it a try! All in all, wow, we love it!

Additional relief. in Bed Pillows & Positioners

I have had two spinal surgeries and still have back pain including sciatica and pain radiating into my legs even while sleeping. I place pillows between my legs for comfort, but due to the normal shifting and stiffness of the pillow, the relief doesn't last all night. This pad definitely helps maintain the same rigidity and when you rotate to one side the transition is easy and less difficult as the other pads need to be adjusted to keep me comfortable.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Vulgarity

For office sleep on leg positioning pillow

I don't actually take this for my knee. Finding my knees but I'm someone who loves high pillows. I got 10 minutes of sleep in the middle of the day. I can put it on a table and it provides enough support for my head and neck and my head doesn't move as there is a groove for it to fit. And when I got up after a nap, my face was not covered with wrinkles. Simple solution for what I need. I have tried regular pillows but they are more comfortable than regular pillows as you don't lie down fullyโ€ฆ

I changed use of this one

It should be between my knees to relieve lower back and hips but I thought my head fits perfectly in the little groove and it relieves my neck and also my upper back pain. Now it's a pillow. yes pillow I bought something larger between my knees and hips and am using this item as a pillow and I can't tell you what the difference is. I work 10-12 hour days and look down all the time so my neck muscles are screaming at me at the end of my shift and using this pillow as a pillow had a huge impactโ€ฆ

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

The zipper on the pillowcase broke after the first wash

***UPDATE*** The seller contacted me and sent me a new foot pillow. The customer service at this company is amazing. I would definitely buy from them again! Note. Hand iron the lid and let it air dry. I have two of these pillows. This one worked fine until I tried washing the lid. Washable in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry on very low temperature. I put the cover back on the foot pillow and when I pulled it shut the zipper was completely unzipped from the pillow. I can use the footโ€ฆ

Worst knee pillow in the bedding

I have been using a knee/leg pillow for over 10 years. I got it to see if it's good and if it's the worst thing ever. When you say this is a good pillow for your legs and knees when you sleep you have no idea what you are talking about. First, it's too small. It won't use both legs, so you'll need to use one at a time. Well it's a joke! Second, it is too light. It should be firm, thick and strong to lift the legs a little higher to increase blood flow to the heart and body. It is good for yourโ€ฆ

Shell is not washable due to zippers breaking

I bought these two pillows a few months ago and have rarely used them for occasional sciatica relief. I would say they have been used 8 or 10 times at most. Yesterday I decided to wash the covers for the first time and the zipper broke right away! I could tell right away that the zippered opening wasn't large enough to remove the large foam tray without pulling the zipper. So I tried to squeeze/squeeze the foam and pull it out as gently as possible but it was IMPOSSIBLE and the zipper brokeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Not exactly what I was hoping for.

Obviously this is for side sleepers and as it's the only way to fall asleep I was hoping it would help more with knee pain in the morning. I have back pain (I had L4 and L5 surgery many years ago) but my old bones hurt because my knees touched most of the night so walking the next day was often painful. At night, if I stretched out one leg more, I would have more pimples on my back, so in the morning my back or knee would hurt. It keeps the knees apart and helps keep the spine more aligned butโ€ฆ
