I bought it for an oil milling machine via a Zerk fitting. .

I bought it for an oil mill via a mirror fitting. With medium oil, it dripped on the cap and on the thread between the nozzle and the tube. Two O-rings fixed the leak, but they shouldn't have been there to begin with.

Not what I expected

Bought for heating oil, didn't work at all. The plastic cap would not close and fell off on first use. The pump section is rated for a grease weight I don't know, the piston won't fire, too heavy, it won't load the next fill. I found a Swiss made one on ebay that works great.

Missing parts, not working very well.

Don't buy this one. Both the first batch and the replacement from Revain were missing the 2 tips shown in the picture. This means it will not work with flush fittings that require a cone. I thought I was unlucky, but the threaded brass tip has a concave cone on the end. Forming a seal with a ball fitting on my machine worked in my case (it would probably work with regular Zerk hydraulic fittings as well). But there is another problem: the pressure is too low to pump lubricant (or in other…

Two of two broken

This grease gun was included in the tool kit that came with the South Bend SB1001 8K lathe I purchased from Grizzly Industrial, Inc. in September last year. The fault was that all the grease seeped past the piston when pressure was applied to lubricate the lathe fittings. Grizzly tech support/customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement very quickly. BUT the replacement did not include the same hydraulic nozzle needed to lubricate the lathe. Also, the nozzle included in the…
