Failed DEC purchase - Terrible Communication from third party Transak

My purchase for DEC was failed on the 24th. After writing to Splinterlands'support, they advised me that I should email their third party that is handling the purchases: Transak. It turned out after two days of chasing them through emails that the order was failed, a refund was on the way and the account was suspended.



No one contacted me, instead they just suspended my account, did not reply to my initial email to check what is going on about the purchase and waited for me to send a second email more than a day later to just inform me that the account is suspended. No proactiveness what so ever, no information, no one emailed me even an automatic message to check if everything is ok, if they have any sort of concerns abbout the transaction or bank or about the security, whatever. No such thing happened. And now on top of their not responsiveness, lack of proactive behavior, they say the account is suspended and ask me if I am satisfied with the service. Really?



I will not rest until I receive some kind of an explanation, until I have my account back and an actual human being instead of a half filled macro explains to me what happened.



I remain hopeful that the matter will be resolved as I have escalated this to both Transak and Splinterlands.

  • Previous transactions were okay, however this one is just a nightmare communication wise.

  • Poor support, lack of proactiveness, poor communication, no customer care
