Lasts about an hour

I usually love OXO products, but this one sucks. It's heavy and will probably last a century, but just surround the bath sticks for about an hour. I've tried to get it working and I've prepared the surfaces in every way I can and it's still crashing. I missed my return window so it's going in the bin. Should have bought it in store, then I could also return it after 30 days. Would it work better on glass? for some people. If you try this, watch your toes as they will look like a brick as they…

Please read before discontinuing this product.

I've waited 3 months for the review. So, like others, I followed the installation instructions and within 24 hours it fell off the wall. Cleaned it up and put it back. Fell within an hour. Before resetting it a third time, I took the suction cup and wet it before putting it on. And hasn't fallen since. It's been almost 3 months now. Therefore, I recommend wetting the suction cup before putting it on so that it does not fall off. I really like this product, it's the perfect size, very easy to…

Suitable for bathroom taps

I bought one from Bed, Bath & Beyond and one from Revain. I mounted the plate on the wall in the shower on 4/19/21 at 4:30 p.m. It fell today on 5-5-21 at 17:00. My shower has smooth tiles and I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol according to the instructions and dried before installing the bowl. I simply reinstalled the panel after wetting the suction cup and the wall. Let's see what happens, but so far the product has been unsuccessful. I decided to keep one of the soap dishes and set it…

sucking sucks - Bathroom Faucets

Great idea. Unfortunately, after a few months, the suction cups get "tired” and fall off the wall. I bought two and glued them to my new bathroom tile (tile is smooth like glass, porcelain). After about 6-7 months one fell off the wall into the tub. A few months later, the second fell off. I reapplied both and over the next few weeks the same thing happened (both). Luckily they didn't split or shatter the acrylic tub when they fell down. I once had a large, heavy bar of soap in one of the…
