Seems to be effective in reducing dust blown out of the vent. Unfortunately, the supplied Velcro no longer holds securely when changing the filter because the tape has torn off too much of the old filter.

My upstairs neighbor in my apartment building started smoking. The smell gave me migraines and I couldn't ask the landlord for help. In desperation, I ordered a roll of these filters to reduce sharpness. I didn't expect this to work, but lo and behold, I can breathe again here. Best purchase I've made this year.

This product is great. The air conditioner I live in is quite old and the air ducts and vents are a bit dirty, but this filter does a great job of keeping the vents clean. I've been trying this product for almost 2 months and it captures a massive amount of dirt and dust! Highly recommended. In addition, it does not affect the amount of outflowing air. I only wish they would have given you more.

I'm sure this filter will work, but it's not adjusted to cut easily or evenly. The tape peels off after a few days of use, but the filter material seems to do the job of keeping the airborne irritants blown out of the air ducts. It's important to use lots of tape as some vents are not flat and require a lot more force to close.
