My car stopped showing a lot of products correctly (maybe it didn’t show correctly before, but we didn’t use this function. ) I called from the Kenwood website, described the problem, asked which service to take. And they tell me - we are immediately changing this car to a NEW one! In our era of general deceit and fraud, the first thing I thought was, "they will take away an expensive unit, they will give a fake piece of paper, where to apply ? I went to look for information on the exchange on the Internet. And I did not find anything, except for the official information on the Kenwood website. Therefore, I am writing here, maybe this review will be useful and reassure buyers of Delongi group products! I searched for "Kenwood Appliance Replacement Procedure", "Kenwood Exchange", "Kenwood Repair", "Kenwood Kitchen Machine Repair", "Kenwood Warranty". I describe the actual replacement procedure: 1. Written request to help@kenwood. Ru 2. Fill out the sent form 3. We send a copy of the checks and the serial number of the machine. 4. Assign couriers for the exchange. According to their procedure, FIRST they take away the old car, then they bring in a new one. And this point, I think, scares a lot of people. Dear representatives of the Delonghi company, if you changed the algorithm, the trust would increase many times over! That is, first the client receives a new technique, and then gives away the old one. In a package received from a new machine, for example, everyone is comfortable. Or let the same courier bring and pick up the equipment. 5. In my case, it was possible to coordinate the couriers for one day, and as a result, they brought me a new one a little earlier than the second courier who took the old one.
