Knife culture is out of control!

If you're looking for a large, heavy knife of this shape, buy it. Good for cutting pizza, quesadillas, meat, meat on the bone, meat again - boned again, meat, crap and pizza. It cuts vibrant daylight out of veggies, but I prefer to use a straight knife when I want to dice or thinly slice. For everything else, this knife beats. You don't need a meteor knife or a custom hand-forged weapon costing $200 or more. For 99% of people it won't get any noticeably better for you. If you are a chef, you already know what kind of knife you need. stop reading this THE THING HAS WEIGHT. So if you are short in stature, you may need a less durable knife for longer slicing. Get a knife sharpener because you'll need it anyway, but get a good one and sharpen that bad boy for once. a year or so.
